Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy outlines how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a Hat Hero subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

Billing: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay for a bundle in advance.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel or Modify: You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the "Manage Subscription" link found in your original order confirmation email, or by logging into your Hat Hero account.

The Cutoff Window: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel or pause your subscription at least [24/48 hours] before your next billing date. If a recurring order has already been processed or shipped, that specific order cannot be canceled, and our standard Return Policy will apply.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-released Hat Hero product that is not yet in our active inventory.

Payment: Depending on the promotion, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. If we do not charge you fully at checkout, we will securely store your payment method and automatically charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.

Cancellation: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Post-Fulfillment: Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been printed, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a refund upon receiving the item, subject to the rules outlined in our Return Policy.
