2. Product Use & Damage Disclaimer

Hat Hero purpose-built cleaning tablets are engineered specifically for standard hat materials (such as cotton, mesh, synthetics, and blends) when used strictly in accordance with our provided packaging directions.

  • Excluded Materials: Hat Hero is not recommended for use on suede, felt, wool, leather, or vintage hats utilizing cardboard brims.

  • User Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to verify the material composition of their headwear before using our product. Hat Hero LLC shall not be held liable for any damage, discoloration, shrinkage, color bleeding, or structural alteration to any headwear resulting from the use of our product, including but not limited to improper usage, prolonged soaking, or application on incompatible fabrics/materials.

3. Health, Safety, and First Aid Warning

Hat Hero tablets contain chemical cleansing agents (including sodium bicarbonate, sodium percarbonate, and citric acid) and must be handled with appropriate care.

  • Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets.

  • Safety Hazards: The product is an eye irritant and is harmful if swallowed.

  • Assumption of Risk: By purchasing Hat Hero, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Hat Hero LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or medical adverse effects caused by the misuse, accidental ingestion, or improper handling of our product. In case of emergency, immediately follow the First Aid directions printed on our packaging and contact a poison control center or medical professional.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hat Hero LLC, its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of personal property (such as valuable or sentimental hats), arising out of or relative to your purchase, use, or inability to use our products.

5. Governing Law

This website, this Legal Notice, and any dispute arising from the purchase or use of Hat Hero products shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to Hat Hero shall be instituted exclusively in a federal or state court located in Colorado.
