Hat Hero 30-Day Guarantee
At Hat Hero, we stand behind our product. We want you to love the results, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t meet your expectations.
If you’re not satisfied with your Hat Hero purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and our team will work with you to find the best solution.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your Hat Hero product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In the original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at support@hathero.co with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@hathero.co within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product or packaging (if applicable)
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect the safety, quality, and integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on any Hat Hero pouch where the original seal has been opened, the packaging has been compromised, or any tablets have been removed or used.
Moisture-Damaged Products
Hat Hero tablets are water-activated. Products that have been exposed to water, excessive moisture, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
Final Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased through final sale events, clearance promotions, or special promotional offers may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
