Hat Hero Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Hat Hero currently ships within the United States. Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
After your order leaves our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Total delivery time is typically 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note that processing time is separate from transit time. During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take longer than usual.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping
- Flat-rate shipping: $5.99
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
Free Standard Shipping
- Available on orders of $35 or more
- Applies to shipments within the contiguous United States only
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged applicable shipping rates based on the destination.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Hat Hero ships orders using trusted shipping carriers, including USPS Ground Advantage and other available services.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Hat Hero is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation issues, or circumstances outside of our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Hat Hero ships all orders to the exact address entered at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our support team at support@hathero.co with the subject line "INCORRECT ADDRESS" as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the correct shipping address.
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been submitted.
If an order has already been processed or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Hat Hero is not responsible for lost packages, additional shipping costs, or replacement orders.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Hat Hero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us at support@hathero.co and we will work with you to help resolve the issue.
